Position Overview:

The position is a remote one. shall build and deliver standards and the capability to ensure expansion of our system infrastructure is fit for purpose and world class performing. It shall encompass both building standards and developing the capabilities to execute in our Operating Units and Bottling Partners. The primary focus shall be to support the developing and emerging markets but shall be able to support developed markets having more mature operating expectations.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

The role shall be support to build standards and enhance capabilities.

  • Build Fit For Purpose standards for our system
  • Support the creation of a new set of performance indicators for greenfield and major expansions.
  • Lead the development of our teams in local teams in the operating units and bottlers to be able to implement
  • Build a library all developments have access to the latest details to ensure the facility is at world class performance.. Should provide solutions such that a variety of facility sizes can be at the leading edge of performance.
  • Lead the optimization of designs to enable the most cost effective and least amount of Civil Infrastructure build for our planned capacity growth
  • Optimise site layouts with special attention to people, material and logistics Flows internal and external of the sites. Ensuring safety and operational effectiveness resulting in best class performance in operations and logistical metrics – cost and customer service
  • Integrate 2nd Tier Suppliers into the potential mix of suppliers for all aspects of the sites – developing their capability to suit the overall strategic needs for fulfilling demand. To include lines, utilities, services and Warehousing solutions.
  • Develop local solutions to support the TCO and growth expectations
  • Improve site logistics design and operation – lead the optimization of the site and connection to future logistics developments
    • To include coordination of simulation and tactical use of automation elements in our WH / yard
  • Provide leadership to develop our ideal overall site functional design and overall metrics
  • Support any physical projects development from masterplanning through to engagement and development of project deployment teams to understand our System strategy and enable them to successfully deploy
  • Integrate input from all functional leads to deliver a coordinated impact to our infrastructure development – with clear hard targets for capital and operational performance but enabling a highly motivating and organized environment to allow world class process and personnel performance


Education Requirements:

  • Shall have an engineering degree - Mechanical, Process, Civil


Related Work Experience:

  • Should have 7 to 10 years expereince in developing industril projects for FMCG opertion. Preferably food or beverage manufacturing
